Killer Dana Surf Shop

This project is a potential rebrand for a small surf shop in Dana Point, CA. Their main audience is a loyal, long-term customer that lives in the local area. I wanted to give the brand a fresh logo that is more simple but also tells a story.

I began my sketching process with the idea of a skull to represent the word “killer” in the name. I also knew I wanted to incorporate waves in some way, so I used them to frame the skull on the bottom.
